This is a pamphlet entitled 'HELLO BUDDY'. Comics of War and Facts of Service...sold by unemployed or disabled ex-service men. Price...pay what you please. On the front is a picture of a soldier standing in front of the US Flag. (colors blue, red, and cream) I can not find a date...but most cartoons deal with WW I. It is 18 pages full of jokes and drawings with military humor. The pamphlet is in excellent condition...no tears, etc. Size....3" x 5". $7.00
